Pai Residence

Commissioned by a retired couple this house was a reflection of all they had absorbed over their lives. The demanded a bedroom that would be a haven to relax in, inspired by their South Indian roots. The material and furniture selection, though contemporary, was inspired by traditional Indian Architecture. The living room, on the other hand, was a modern complement to the insides. The reading room in between, doubled as a guest bedroom and at other times opened up as a family space for the couple.
